Lost luggage?

If your baggage has not arrived at Midtjylland Karup Airport, you must immediately contact the airline you arrived with.
The airline counters are located in the departure hall on the ground floor. A report will be created here, and the search for your baggage will commence.

Opening hours are adjusted to flight traffic. The airport is generally open from 1½ hours before departure to 30 minutes after arrival.


Important
To create a baggage report, you must bring:

  • Baggage receipt
  • Boarding pass

The airline may refuse to create a report without a baggage receipt, as it serves as documentation that the baggage was checked in.
If a report has already been created earlier in your journey, you must contact the airline where the report was created, as they are responsible for further handling.
Please note that Midtjylland Karup Airport does not have access to information about individual pieces of baggage.

Damaged luggage?

If your baggage has been damaged on the journey to Midtjylland Karup Airport, you must report it to the airline you arrived with.
The airline counters are located in the departure hall on the ground floor. A damage report will be created here, documenting the damage. Further handling depends on the individual airline.

  • Boarding pass

The airline may refuse to create a report if the baggage receipt cannot be presented, as it serves as documentation that the baggage was checked in.
