
Assistance for passengers with reduced mobility
If you require assistance at Midtjylland Karup Airport, this must be booked with the airline or travel agency when purchasing your flight ticket. The airport will then be automatically informed.
Assistance must be booked at least 48 hours before departure.
Among other things, we can assist with:
- Assistance to and from the aircraft
- Boarding
- Wheelchair transport
- Passengers with impaired vision or hearing
- Bringing a guide dog or oxygen equipment
At the airport
Arrive 40 minutes before departure and report to the information desk in the departure hall (unless otherwise agreed).
From there, you will be met by a staff member who will ensure you receive the agreed assistance and will escort you through check-in, security, and on to the gate and the aircraft.
If you require assistance from the disabled parking area or the airport bus stop, this must be arranged at least 24 hours before departure by calling +45 96 62 51 00. Please provide your name, date, and flight or route number.
